Koffinated is an AI-powered platform that provides general market information, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, scenario modelling and educational research relating to financial instruments.

Koffinated is not a bank, broker, investment firm, portfolio manager, financial adviser, legal adviser or tax adviser.

Koffinated does not provide personal recommendations and does not assess whether any investment is suitable or appropriate for you.

Koffinated does not take account of your:

• financial situation
• investment objectives
• investment horizon
• knowledge or experience
• ability to bear losses
• risk tolerance
• tax position

Nothing on Koffinated constitutes an offer, solicitation, instruction or personal recommendation to buy, sell, subscribe for or hold a financial instrument.

Labels, scores, scenarios, entry levels, targets, risk levels and other outputs are automated analytical classifications and hypothetical educational illustrations only.

You are solely responsible for:

• independently verifying information
• conducting your own research
• determining whether an investment is appropriate for you
• obtaining professional advice where necessary
• all trading and investment decisions
• all gains, losses, taxes, fees and other consequences

Koffinated scores, classifications, confidence levels, support levels, resistance levels, targets, stop levels, allocations and scenarios are model-generated estimates. They are not guarantees, forecasts or personal recommendations. Hypothetical scenarios do not represent actual expected performance.

Use of Koffinated does not create an adviser-client relationship, a fiduciary relationship, a brokerage relationship, a portfolio-management mandate or any duty to monitor your investments.

Koffinated is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued without notice. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

You may not:

• misuse or disrupt the service
• attempt unauthorised access
• scrape or redistribute protected data unlawfully
• represent Koffinated output as regulated personal advice
• use the service for unlawful market manipulation
• infringe third-party rights

Koffinated's software, interface, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Koffinated and its operators are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, data errors, service interruptions or indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms may be updated. Material changes should result in a new legalVersion and renewed user acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of the user's country. Disputes should first be submitted to Koffinated through the contact details provided on the Contact page.
